Drone cleaning works in a manner similar to traditional method’s of exterior cleaning. Our drone has a hose attached to our pumps and tanks down on the ground, then the pilot flies up to the dirty areas and from the remotely controls a valve that lets the drone spray and clean similar to a person. In this method however, all of our workers are safely planted on the ground. No falls, no broken roof tiles/shingles, and a squeaky clean building! The drone usually cleans via the process of softwashing but is capable of pressure washing as well.

Pressure washing is a cleaning method in which water is sprayed in a high pressure manner in order to blast away stains. Pressure washing is effective but on vertical surfaces it can wear down concrete, brick and mortar, and generally damage your property down. Softwashing cleans your home using a much lower pressure spray but also incorporates cleaning chemicals in order to target the stains at the root, leading to a longer lasting clean that does not damage your property.
